This won't be a long post as I'm writing this on New Year's Eve and I'm getting ready for a night of raucous partying (aka eating ordered-in East Side Marios with my partner and our cat while watching The Holiday).
Before I get into the juicy stuff, I wanted to mention that I read 50 books this year, the most ever. Thank goodness for libraries and audiobooks.
Now here's the juicy stuff:
Book 1: I have a meeting scheduled with a hybrid publisher "today" (the day this post goes live)!
Book 2: I have finished the first draft! She needs a lot of work, but it feels so good to have my baseline completed.
Book 3: I have made plot headway for the opening passages!
Things look promising, and I am excited to see where 2025 takes me.
